Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Your 7-day trial does not require a card.
What happens after my trial?
If Manager for Shopify is right for you, purchase a lifetime license after the trial. There is no subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Digital license purchases are generally non-refundable because a license key can be activated immediately. If delivery fails or there is a technical issue, email support with your payment ID.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Each license is for one device. Contact support if you need a device reset after replacing your computer.
